Ok, I’m usually not big on making New Years resolutions. You know how everyone makes such ambitious and partly unrealistic resolutions like exercising everyday to lose 50 pounds, stop eating fast food and to drink less. But my resolutions are pretty simple and I have faith in myself to stick to them all. (so no, I won’t forget about them by February) Plus it helps to post it here for the whole world to see. Anyways, my New Years Resolutions for 2012 are:
- Lose weight - shouldn’t be a problem because it’s all baby weight
- Exercise regularly with the kids – want to set a good example for the girls
- Eat healthier – hey I’m no vegan, I need bacon in my life, just want to set a good example
- Get in the best shape of my life – I am in the prime of my life
- Become more organized – I have my moments where things can pile up
- Spend more wisely - I started today by going to Wal-Mart without even checking out the Christmas clearance isle!
- Finish what I start (or plan to start) – perfect example is my many projects that have yet to be completed
- Halt all procrastination – I work well under pressure, but why stress myself
I think it’s all attainable and very worthwhile, but………….. in the meanwhile I have some birthday cake I need to tend to! (Hey it’s already here!)
